1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of sx555, accessible at sx555.win. The platform is operated as an online gaming and entertainment service. By accessing any part of the site or the sx555 Android app, you enter into a binding agreement with the platform under these Terms.

These Terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy and any specific promotion rules published from time to time. Where a promotion has its own terms, those terms apply alongside — not instead of — this document. In case of any conflict, the more specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

The platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change is material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players.

2Eligibility

To register and use sx555, you must meet the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the sx555 platform.

3Account Rules

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active account on sx555. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all but the original account will be closed and any associated balances or bonuses may be voided.

Accurate Registration Details

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your real name, date of birth and a valid mobile number you own. Using false information, aliases or details belonging to another person will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, change your password immediately and contact support. sx555 will not be liable for losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials or failing to secure their login details.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Players using responsible gaming self-exclusion tools may also close their accounts through account settings. After closure, remaining PKR balances will be processed for withdrawal to the player's last verified payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

4Deposits & PKR Payments

All transactions on sx555 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not apply currency conversion charges on player accounts — your deposited PKR is your balance as stated.

Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, standard bank transfers and debit or credit cards. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed at the time of deposit and may vary by payment method.

• Deposits are processed to your account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected within minutes.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment accounts registered to another person is prohibited.
• sx555 does not accept deposits in cash or via any channel not listed on the Deposit page.
• The platform reserves the right to request source-of-funds information for large or unusual deposits as part of standard risk management.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. The platform follows a "same method" policy to reduce the risk of fraud and maintain payment integrity.

• Withdrawals are processed within standard business hours. VIP members at Gold tier and above receive priority processing which reduces average wait times.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain threshold. This includes providing a copy of a valid CNIC or other government-issued ID.
• Withdrawal requests that fail to clear verification within 14 days of being requested may be cancelled and the funds returned to your account balance.
• sx555 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse or a breach of these Terms.

6Bonuses & Promotions

sx555 offers bonuses, free spins, cashback and promotional rewards from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per household and once per payment method.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The required wagering multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Real-money balance is used first during gameplay unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

The rules for each game are governed by that game's own mechanics and the provider's published RTP and volatility data. sx555 does not alter game outcomes or RTP settings independently of the provider's certified configurations.

• Game results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems operated by the game providers. sx555 has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — such as a disconnection or server error — the round outcome will be determined based on available server-side data. If a round cannot be completed, the stake for that round will be returned to your balance.
• Bets placed after the game's officially communicated closing time for a round will not be accepted. Any stake returned under this rule will be credited back to your balance.
• The platform reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system error affecting odds, prizes or game parameters.

8Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sx555. Engaging in any of these may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage in games or the bonus system.
• Exploiting software bugs, calculation errors or game glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are void.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game format, including live casino and bingo.
• Depositing funds sourced from illegal activity or using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial fraud.
